  1. Informal Organization with no dues.  Membership consists of those who are in the Master Database at http://usextension.org/animalag-master.pdf

  2. Leadership group of seven individuals - the Extension AnimalAg Executive Council.

  3. Nomination of members by species group, or in the absence of an organized group for a species, any member working with that species, with agreement of nominee to serve.

  4. Nominees will be selected to ensure representation of species and regions of the country.

  5. Everything in this document and related pages will be up for reorganization and revision under the direction of the Council once the Council is formed.

  6. Terms, size of the Council and its duties will be determined by the Council.

  7. Representation of Department Heads, State Extension ANR Program Leaders and industry organizations to the Council will be determined by the Council.

  8. Initial funding will be sought to bring the Council together to organize and plan.

Discussion and suggestions on this plan are invited.
